This has been an absolute game changer for me!!! I am definitely a mouth breather and it’s such a bad habit to have as an athlete and especially as a Brazilian jiujitsu practitioner we are thought to breath through your nose to relax it’s been a habit of recent I’ve been trying to improve on. I’ve been using the tape for some rounds and especially when going to sleep every night and I can see the positive impact it has on my sleep quality. I’ll be continuing to use breath tape going forward!!!!
